They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place alone is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, plus the location was awesome, but it really's just on the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain far too much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as were the doorways, the trim, much with the home furnishings, etcetera.
